I am currently taking a break from in person classes.    

DOYNTON - MOVE FOR WELLBEING

 

Strengthen, lengthen, move, smile, unwind and stoke your vitality.

 

Moderately paced yoga-inspired movement class.  Suitable for everyone from total newbies to seasoned practitioners.  This is a friendly class where questions and enquiry are encouraged so individuals can develop their practice at their own pace.

 

Seasonal themes inspire our practice each week.

 

My aim is that you leave the class feeling much better than when you arrived.

ULEY - SCIENCE, SOMA AND SPIRIT​

​

Embodied flow with a small group of like-minded women. Connecting through body, breath, intention and togetherness. Combinations of flowing movement, static postures, breath, subtle body practices and mindful meditations all woven with philosophy, mudra and mantra. 

​

Taking place in the beautiful Prema Arts Centre in Uley which has a yummy cafe and art gallery to relax in after class should you desire.
